Using the directory and lists

Network mailbox list

You can use this list to listen to mes-
sages on the network mailbox
(¢ page 33).

Calls list

Prerequisite: CLIP (¢ page 26)
Depending on the type of list set,
the calls list contains:
u All calls
– Accepted calls
– Unanswered calls
u Missed calls
Setting the call list type

Press and hold (idle sta-
tus).
The calls list entries are retained
when you change the list type.
Depending on the type of list set, all
numbers of the last 25 incoming
calls are saved or just the missed
calls are saved.
Opening the calls list

The calls list is displayed as follows:

Number of new entries + number of old,
read entries.

Press the display key to
open the list.
The last incoming call is displayed.
The display will alternate between
the following (example):

If necessary, use q to select
another entry.
The following functions can be

selected with
Delete Entry
Delete current entry.
Copy to Dir.
Copy an entry to the directory.
Date/Time
Display date and time of call (if
set, ¢ page 14).
Status
New Call: New missed call.
Old Call: Entry already read.
Show Name
If you have requested CNIP, you
can view the name and town that
are registered for this phone
number with your network pro-
vider.
Delete List
Caution! All old and new entries
will be deleted.
After exiting the calls lists, all viewed
entries are assigned the status "old".
