This unit can be set to automatically power on in one of 3 modes
(TV, VCR Playback, or Disc.)

Press ON-TIMER to display ON TIMER screen.

Press to select desired settings.
• When the setup is completed and press SET, "SET COMPLETED" is
displayed.
• Make sure a tape is inserted if
Playback mode is selected.
• Make sure a disc is inserted if
Disc (DVD/CD) mode is selected.
To Make Corrections, use
move back and correct.

Press RETURN to set ON TIMER.
• "ON TIMER SET" is displayed.
To Cancel ON-TIMER,
Repeat step 1. Then, press ADD/DLT to clear the time in
steps 2-3. Now, press RETURN to end. "ON TIMER END"
briefly appears on-screen.
Notes:
• If no button on the Remote Control or unit is pressed within 60 minutes
after unit turns itself on, it will turn itself back off.
• If an interactive DVD (with menu) is played back using ON TIMER, the
disc menu will continue to be displayed for operation purposes.
Sleep Timer
This unit can be set for auto power off.

Press SLEEP repeatedly to select the desired time.

press SLEEP repeatedly until 0 appears.

The indication goes off a few seconds after the
adjustment is finished.
Note:
• Pressing DISPLAY with sleep timer set displays remaining time.
