Cooktop seal
To prevent leakage of liquid between the
frame of the cooktop and the work surface,
put the insulating seal provided in position
before assembly.
1. The seal should be applied to the outer
perimeter of the cooktop, making sure
that it does not extend beyond the edge
of the cooktop frame.
2. Use light pressure to make the seal stick
to the edge of the cooktop frame.
3. Carefully trim the surplus edge away
from the seal.
When doing this, take care not to
damage the countertop or the
surface of the appliance; use a
non-metallic tool if possible.

Installation
4. Install the appliance by resting the
cooktop frame completely on the back
edge of the hole in the countertop (1)
and then lower the front (2) until it is fully
inserted.
When positioning it, do not force
the frame as it may become
damaged.
Before inserting it, remove the
trivets (if already mounted) and the
burners.
