READ THE WARNINGS AND MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE USING
THE PRODUCT!
This user manual is intended for the owner or the person in charge of the product, as well
as for the person in charge of the electrical installation of the product. After completing
the installation, the person in charge of the installation should give these instructions to
the owner of the product or to the person in charge of its operation. Please read more
instructions for installation, use and recycling from www.harvia.com. (Original user manual

Additional heater is designed for heating up the water of a domestic hot tub
along the traditional wood burning stove to bathing temperature. The addition-
al heater is meant for outdoor use only. It is not to be used for any other purpose!
WARNING:
• Check the device for visible damage before installing and using the device. Do not use
a damaged device.
• It is absolutely necessary to install the device according to values stated in the instructions
of installation and use. Neglecting them causes a risk of fire.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturers' service person
or a similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard.
• The additional heater must be supplied through a residual current device (RCD) having
a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA.
• Parts containing live parts, except parts supplied with safety extra-low voltage not ex-
ceeding 12V, must be inaccessible to a person in the hot tube.
• Note: Device is used as an additional heater. It is not allowed to use during bathing.
• Extension cords can't be used.
• Do not bury cord. Locate cord to minimize abuse from lawn mowers, hedge trimmers,
and other equipment.
• Do not allow the additional heater to freeze and keep away from the snow.
• It is necessary to have the plug accessible after installation of the hot tube.
• Before using the additional heater make sure the hot tube has been filled with water.
• The additional heater must be supplied by earthed power source.
• WARNING: Always keep plug dry, plug in with wet plug is definitely forbidden!
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge
if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Cleaning and user maintenance must be performed by an adult above 18 years old who
is familiar with the risk of electric shock.
• Caution: Read the instruction before using the appliance and installation/reassemble
each time.
• Don't plug or unplug the appliance if hand is wet.
• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning, maintenance or when left unattended on
holidays.
