Filling Liquid Chemicals Using the TurboFiller

μ
ATTENTION! We advice to use the TurboFiller, when you fill chemicals on the sprayer.
1. Fill the MainTank at least 1/3 with water (unless otherwise stated
on the chemical container label).
2. Turn the handle of the suction valve towards "MainTank".
3. Turn the pressure valve to"TurboFiller".
4. Close the agitation valve.
μ
ATTENTION! If filling water from an external tank, this can be
continued while doing the next steps.
5. Engage the pump and set PTO speed at max. 540 RPM.
6. Open the TurboFiller lid. Measure the correct quantity of chemical
and fill it into the hopper.
DANGER! Always wear face shield and other appropriate personal safety equipment, when filling chemicals.
μ
ATTENTION! The scale in the hopper can only be used, if the sprayer is parked on level ground! It is recommended to
use a measuring jug for best accuracy.
7. Engage the hopper transfer device by opening the TurboFiller suction valve to transfer chemicals to the MainTank. The
TurboFiller suction valve must be open for at least 20 seconds after the chemical is no longer visible in the hopper, in
order to empty the transfer hoses completely into the MainTank.
