4.11 Exporting data

The data stored by the device can be exported and then analyzed in
®
Microsoft
Excel, for example.
1. Connect the USB-C cable to the USB-C port of the device and the
USB port of a PC or laptop.
 The Alcotest 7000 drive appears on the PC/laptop.
2. Select the Datalog directory on the Alcotest 7000 drive.
3. Select the Datalog file in the Datalog directory.
4. Select Copy.
5. Select the desired drive and directory for the file export.
6. Select Save.
✓ The file is saved.

Troubleshooting
An error message is displayed in the event of a device malfunction.
The number below the message is for service purposes. If the error
persists even after turning the device off and on multiple times,
contact authorized personnel, such as DrägerService.
Serious incidents related to the product must be reported to the
manufacturer and the responsible authorities.

Cause
The rechargeable bat-
teries are empty.
Subject not blowing
strongly enough or
blowing interrupted.
Remedy
Recharge the
rechargeable batter-
ies.
Blow into the mouth-
piece more strongly
and without interrup-
tion.
If necessary, carry out
a passive breath sam-
ple.
