11 - MANUTENZIONE
11.3 CONTROLLI CON CADENZA SEMESTRALE
VENTILATORI
Accedendo dai pannelli asportabili inferiori, verificare che giranti
e coclee risultino perfettamente pulite. La girante deve ruotare
liberamente e senza attriti o rumori e le connessioni elettriche
devono risultare integre e ben serrate.
CIRCUITO FRIGORIFERO
Controllare visivamente il circuito frigorifero accedendo dal
relativo pannello asportabile laterale, verificando lo stato di
pulizia dei componenti e della sezione di contenimento;
eventuali macchie d'olio possono essere sintomo di perdite
(vedere Manutenzione Straordinaria). Accertarsi che tutte le
connessioni elettriche siano integre e ben serrate.
RACCOLTA E SCARICO DELLA CONDENSA
Accedendo dagli sportelli amovibili inferiori, verificare che le
vasche di raccolta del condensato siano vuote e libere da
impurità. Nel caso in cui, a ventilatori spenti, la vasca presenti
ancora un certo contenuto d'acqua, è probabile che il relativo
sifone sia inadeguato se non addirittura assente.
SISTEMA BIOXIGEN (SE PRESENTE)
Seguendo la figura 9, svitare le viti di fissaggio (vedere frecce
fig. 9A) della scatola dei condensatori, e sfilare il gruppo
completo dal canale, e svitare delicatamente ciascun
condensatore per sfilarne la retina esterna.
SISTEMI DI PRE E POST-TRATTAMENTO (SE PRESENTI)
Siano essi elettrici o ad acqua, verificarne lo stato di pulizia da
cui dipende la loro efficienza di scambio termico. Accertarsi che
tutte le connessioni elettriche siano integre e ben serrate.
11.4 MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINARIA
Sotto questa voce vengono inclusi tutti quegli interventi che
richiedono la verifica funzionale/sostituzione di componenti
relativi al circuito frigorifero, aeraulico, elettrico ed elettronico.
Tali interventi devono essere demandati esclusivamente a
centri di assistenza qualificati ed autorizzati.

11.3 SEMIANNUAL CHECKS FANS
FANS
They can be checked by the lower removable panels; check
that impellers and casings are fully clean. Impellers shall be free
to run without any vibration or noise and electrical connections
shall be intact and well tightened.
HEAT PUMP SYSTEM
Visually check the heat pump components by side removable
panel, checking the cleaning condition of them and their
containment walls; possible oil stains can be a symptom of
leakage (see Unscheduled Maintenance). Make sure that all
electrical connections are intact and well tightened.
DRAIN TRAYS
They can be checked by the lower removable panels; check
that drain trays are empty and clean. At fans not running, in
presence of water in the drain tray, it's possible that its syphon
is not well sized or even missing.
BIOXIGEN SYSTEM (IF PRESENT)
Following figure 9, unscrew the fastening screws (see arrows, pict
9A) of the capacitor box, and remove the complete assembly from the
duct, and gently unscrew each capacitor to remove the external net.
PREHEATING AND HEATING/COOLING SYSTEMS (IF
PRESENT)
For both water and electric type, check their cleaning condition
which heat exchange efficiency is depending on. Make sure that
all electrical connections are intact and well tightened.
11.4 UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
It means all services requiring functional measuring checks
and/or replacement of functional components (such as
compressors, fans, electronic cards, etc.) due to unexpected
failure or end of lifetime. Such operations shall be carried out by
authorized service point only.
