Troubleshoot a problem
Poor fax print quality

Make sure that there are no print quality defects.

From the home screen, touch Settings > Troubleshooting >
Print Quality Test Pages.

Correct any print quality defects. For more information, see
"Print quality is poor" on page

If you are using an analog fax, then decrease the incoming fax
transmission speed.

From the home screen, touch Settings > Fax > Fax Setup > Fax
Receive Settings > Admin Controls.

In the Max Speed menu, select a lower transmission speed.
