Overview
This kit is used as a template when thick facing is being installed around a ProBuilder CleanFace fireplace. This
provides a straight edge to install material up to and maintain the space needed for installation and removal of the
glass assembly for service. See the installation manual for complete details on installing thick facing.
GAP TO SCREEN ASSEMBLY:
When installed, this template provides 3/8" (9.6mm) gap above screen assembly and 1/8" (3.2mm) gap to the
sides.

1. Remove the right and left screen assembly mount from the fireplace by removing the (3) screws in each (set
aside for reinstallation) (see below).

- Page 3 (see picture below). This allows for the required clearance to remove and reinstall the screen assembly for maintenance. Backing Material (1/2” or less) installs to the top tile stop and to the plates on the side of brackets.
