  • Page 49 MAINTENANCE CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT Clutch lever free play is one of the most important adjustment which you may need to check in-between services for better life of the clutch plates. The free play of the clutch lever should be 10 ~ 15 mm as measured at the clutch lever end before the clutch begins to disengage.
