Surf Swing Height
A: Fold the rope so that the end meets the knot used for
the wooden grip. (fig. 3)
B: Hold the knot and end down while twisting
counterclockwise at the loop. (fig. 4)
C: Repeat for another turn. (fig. 5)
D: Guide the rope end through the loop. (fig. 6)
E: Pull the end tighly to tighten the knot. (fig. 7)
