Troubleshooting
Before contacting the Service department, you should
attempt to rectify any errors yourself:
Caution:
The battery compartment must not be opened under
any circumstances in an Ex zone.

Remedy
Press the On/Off
key.
Recharge the battery
or replace it with a
spare battery.
Try again later.
Move into radio
range, change loca-
tion.
Register mobile unit.
Switch off mobile unit
and switch it back on
again.
Remove the battery
compartment lid,
remove and then
reinsert the batteries,
close the battery
compartment lid.
