Solution
Clean or replace thermal bar.
Clean printhead regularly to ensure opti-
mal print head condition. It is recommended
this is done when replacing the roll of foil us-
ing cleaning paper (article number 5030).
Check settings (e.g. print contrast, print head
resistance) and alter if necessary
Check ribbon type and material type, if nec.
