THE CONFIGURABLE AND MONITORED DEVICE
PARAMETERS
The following lists the parameters which are configurable on the device with
the software tool functionalities.
Cycle count to inspect – this counter is used to notify about the
necessary periodic inspection. It defines the number of cycles the
device can complete before notifying about the necessary service
inspection.
MAC address – the MAC address of the device, which is also assumed
as the device serial number.
IP address – the IP address of the device used to communicate with
the machine.
RTC settings – the date and time stored in the device.
Events list – the device stores up to 1890 events in a non-volatile
circular buffer. The software can report the events which are divided
into groups depending on the user access level.
Blockade status – the device has an implemented mechanism of
locking the removal cycles when the predefined cycle count is
exceeded. Activation of the device blockade limits the removal cycle
count remaining on the device to the value of the cycle counter.
Cycle counter – the cycle counter value is the number of cycles
completed by the ProDevice ASM120 degausser.
Cycle available – the cycle counter value which is the number of cycles
the device can complete before the next authorisation procedure.
