10. Plasma burner maintenance:
The consumables shown on page 3 can be replaced by unscrewing the nozzle clamping sleeve.
The electrode is to be replaced when a recess of approx. 1.5 mm appears in the middle.
ATTENTION! To unscrew the electrode, do not apply thrust, but gradually until the thread is
released. The new electrode must be placed and fixed in place, but not fully tightened. The nozzle
is replaceable when the middle hole is damaged or has widened compared to the hole in a new
nozzle. If the electrode or nozzle is not replaced in time, this leads to overheating of the parts. This
reduces the operational
diffuser life. After replacement, make sure that the nozzle clamping sleeve is tight.
ATTENTION! The nozzle clamping sleeve can only be screwed onto the torch after the electrode,
diffuser and nozzle have been fitted.
INSTRUCTION! The plasma cutting machine must be regularly serviced for trouble-free operation
and compliance with safety requirements.
Improper and incorrect operation can cause malfunctions and damage to the appliance. Switch off
the main power supply and the main switch of the appliance before carrying out maintenance or
repairs on the plasma cutting machine.
Regularly clean the outside of the plasma cutter. Remove dirt and dust with air, cleaning wire or a
brush.
