2) Do not over load!
The operator should remember to watch the max duty current (Response to the selected duty
cycle). Keep welding current is not exceed max duty cycle current. Over-load current will damage
and burn up machine.
3) No over voltage!
Power voltage can be found in diagram of main technical data. Automatic compensation circuit
of voltage will assure that welding current keeps in allowable range. If power voltage is exceeding
allowable range limited, it will damage to components of machine. The operator should understand
this situation and take preventive measures.
4) There is a grounding screw behind welding machine, with a grounding marker on it. Before
operation, welding crust must be grounded reliable with cable which section is over 6 square
millimeters, in order to prevent from static electricity, and accidents because of electricity leaking.
5) If welding time is exceeded duty cycle limited, welding machine will stop working for protection.
Because machine is overheated, temperature control switch is on "ON'' position and the indicator light
is red. In this situation, you don't have to pull the plug, in order to let the fan cool the machine. When
the indicator light is off, and the temperature goes down to the standard range, it can weld again.
2. Description of the machine
The device is suitable for plasma cutting with compressed air of all types of electrically conductive
metals. An integral part of the intended use is the observance of the safety instructions and the
installation manual and the operating instructions in the operating manual. Valid accident prevention
regulations must be strictly observed. The appliance must not be used: in poorly ventilated rooms,
in humid or wet environments, in explosive atmospheres, for defrosting pipes, near people with a
pacemaker and near flammable materials.
INSTRUCTION! This machine is designed to use only compressed air as "gas".
RESIDUAL RISK
There are always residual risks, even if you use the appliance as prescribed. The following risks
may occur in connection with the design and performance of the plasma cutting machine: eye injuries
due to lighting, touching hot parts of the appliance or the part (burning), risk of accident and fire due
to improper safety due to scattering of sparks and slag particles, harmful to health emissions of smoke
and gases in closed spaces due to lack of air, respectively . insufficient aspiration. Limit residual risk
by using the appliance carefully and in accordance with the instructions and all instructions.
3. Before commissioning
• Place of installation - Make sure that there is sufficient ventilation in the work area. If the
appliance is operated without sufficient cooling, the duration of the on state is shortened, which can
lead to overheating. In this connection, additional precautions may be required: There must be a
minimum of 0.5 m of free space around the appliance. The air vents must not be blocked or covered.
The appliance must not be used as a stand or tools or other objects must be placed on it. It must be
operated in a dry and well-ventilated working environment.
4. Connecting the compressed air
INSTRUCTION! The device operates at an operating pressure of up to 6.3 bar. Note that the
pressure may drop when adjusting the compressed air. For example, with a hose length of 10 m and
an inner diameter of 9 mm, it decreases by about 0.6 bar. Use only filtered, lubricated and regulated
compressed air. Connect the compressed air hose by reducing the valve on the back of the plasma
cutting machine to the compressed air outlet.
5. Connect the cutting torch
Insert the plug of the plasma torch into the connecting socket of the plasma torch and tighten the
nut by hand. Insert the plasma torch current plug into the plasma torch current socket and tighten the
nut firmly by hand.
6. • Connecting the earthing cable: Connect the earthing terminal plug (a) to the earthing terminal
connection socket (7). Be careful to insert the retaining tooth first and then rotate it.
7. Commissioning
Place the plasma cutter 1 in a dry and well-ventilated place.
Position the machine near the part.
