Press the silver button (arrow) again
and adjust the length of the tube
according to your size. Wind the
search coil cable loosely around the
tube so that it does not hang down.
Adjust the tube so that you can
hold it comfortably with your arm
extended.
Insert batteries
You need a 9 V battery for the detector. The battery is not included in the
scope of delivery!
1. Set the SENS control to the OFF position.
2. Unscrew the battery cover in the direction of the arrow and insert the
battery the right way round.
3. Put the cover back on. The battery compartment is equipped with a
waterproof. Tighten it firmly with the key so that it is really tight (see
picture).

The armrest has 3 positions. On
delivery, the armrest is set to the
longest position. If your arms are
shorter (women or children) you can
adjust the arm support. Loosen the
triangular adjusting screw and adjust
the armrest to your needs. When
you have found the right position,
tighten the set screw again.
