    BEFORE FIRST USE Getting Started: • Remove any packing from the product. • Place the packing inside the box and either store or dispose of responsibly. Cleaning: • Before using for the first time, wipe all parts of the appliance. Clean the stainless-steel trays, non-stick sheets, mesh tray, with a slightly damp cloth.

    OPERATION Control Panel: Place the dehydrator on a level, heat proof surface. Put the food on the trays. Do not overload the trays and never overlap the food. Close the door. Plug the food dehydrator into a power outlet, the appliance will “beep”, the display will turn on and the buttons will illuminate.
  • Page 9 8. KEEP WARM button Press the KEEP WARM button, the display will show KEEP WARM and the unit will keep on working for 24 hours (35°C) after finish drying. After the time has elapsed, the screen will show 88:88 and the heating element will turn off. The fan will continue running for 10 seconds and the unit will beep 20 times to signal that the drying time has elapsed.
