NOTE
Please read all the information in this instruction care-
fully. Keep the instruction carefully and pass it on to
subsequent owners if necessary.
1. Safety instructions
ATTENTION!
Children younger than 3 years must be kept
away from the unit unless they are super-
vised at all times.
ATTENTION!
Children from 3 years and younger than
8 years may only switch the unit on and off if
they are supervised or have been instructed
regarding the safe use of the unit and have
understood the resulting dangers. The unit
must be installed in its normal position of
use.
ATTENTION!
Children from 3 years and younger than
8 years are not allowed to insert the plug into
the socket, regulate the unit or carry out any
maintenance work!
ATTENTION!
Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the unit.
ATTENTION!
If the mains cable is damaged, it must be re-
placed by the manufacturer or its customer
service agent or a similarly qualified person
in order to eliminate sources of danger!
ATTENTION!
A disconnecting device with a contact open-
ing of at least 3 mm must be provided in the
permanently installed electrical installation.
e.g. circuit breaker.
ATTENTION!
Before opening the unit, permanently dis-
connect the power and water supply.

NOTE
The unit is only suitable for hot water production in-
side closed rooms.
NOTE
The unit may only be installed by an authorised spe-
cialist.
NOTE
Repairs and interventions in the unit may only be car-
ried out by a specialist or the customer service.
NOTE
The current regulations according to VDE 0100 part
701 must be observed.
NOTE
It is recommended to provide a separate circuit for
the power supply.
NOTE
The unit must be reliably connected to a protective
earth conductor.
NOTE
If the unit is leaking, close the water supply immedi-
ately and switch off the fuse. Only have the fault recti-
fied by the factory customer service or a recognised
specialist workshop.
NOTE
The aerator used must be cleaned regularly to remove
limescale residues!
