PRE-INSTALLATION
UPPER RAIL PREPARATION
1. Place upper rail section on saw horses.
2. Attach charge contact to the slow down
strip (Fig. 1).
| 3. If previously removed, slide charge strip
"el carrier into back side of rail.

eee 4. Slide charge contact assembly from Fig.
1 into back side of rail. Assembly will fit
snugly against charge strip carrier.

5. Using two (2) self-drilling
hex head screws, secure slow
down ramp to rail. See Fig. 2.
NOTE: Confirm that slow down ramp
is parallel to charge strip carrier,
and touching top edge of carrier.

6. Remove charge contact assembly from rail
and save for later use.
right-hand installation 7. Mount final limit switch bracket:
e Upper edge of final limit switch bracket
-charge
should be flush with lower edge of charge
contact contact.
e Insert a self-drilling hex head screw
through each screw hole on final limit
