the lift quit working. i was told the batteries needed changing. i finally figured out how to remove batteries. they were bad. i bought 2 new ones. finally got everything back together. it started up the stairs, so i went back down. now it only went down and i cannot get it to go back up. what have i done wrong
If the Bruno ELAN SRE-3050 lift only goes down and does not go back up after changing the batteries, the issue could be that the batteries are not fully charged. After battery replacement, the charger must be connected to the wall outlet, the circuit breaker turned on, and the charger power switch (if equipped) turned on.
