8.22. POWER STEERING SYSTEM (EPS)
There is 40A fuse for the power steering system
under the seat 40A Fuse
(1) Fuse box
If the fuse is blown, steering becomes heavy.
Replace the blown fuse with a fuse of the same
specific amperage and type. If a replaced fuse
blows again, there can be trouble with the ECU or
harness/ connectors. See an authorized dealer for
inspection.
You can check 40 A fuse if it is blown at the top of
the fuse.
POTENTIAL HAZARD
The electrical system can produce electrical shocks.

To avoid electric shock, remove the cables from the
battery terminals before changing.
