Spark plug
NOTE: For the saw to work effectively, it is necessary to keep the candle clean and clean it of carbon deposits, and the
distance between the electrodes must be correctly adjusted.
1. Make sure the saw is off.
2. Disconnect the high voltage cable from the spark plug (A) (Pic. 25).
3. Unscrew the spark plug (B) using the special key for the candles. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER TOOL.
4. Insert a new spark plug. The distance between the electrodes should be 0.635 mm.
Carb adjustment
The carburetor is factory-set for optimal performance. If there is a need for adjustment, contact your nearest
authorized service.
Chainsaw Preservation
When storing the chain saw for more than 30 days, its preservation is necessary. If the preservation instructions
are not followed, the remaining fuel in the carburettor will evaporate, leaving a viscous jelly-like precipitate.
This will lead to problems when starting the engine and costly repairs.
ATTENTION!
Storage of a chain saw for more than 30 days is not allowed if the following measures are
not taken:
1. Open the fuel tank cap carefully to excess pressure in the fuel tank discharged slowly. Drain off any
remaining fuel.
2. Start the engine and let it run until it stops so that fuel evaporates from the carburetor.
3. Allow the engine to cool (about 5 minutes).
4. Use the spark plug key to remove the spark plug.
5. Add 1 teaspoon of pure 2-stroke engine oil to the plug hole. Pull the starter cord slowly a few times so that
the internal components are coated with oil. Replace the spark plug.
NOTE: Keep the chain saw in a dry place, away from possible sources of fire, such as a stove, gas boiler, etc.
Preparing the machine for work after preservation
1. Remove the spark plug.
2. Pull the starter cord with a jerk to remove excess oil from the fuel tank.
3. Clean and adjust the spark plug clearances or insert a new spark plug with a suitable clearance.
4. Prepare the chain saw for work.
5. Fill the tank with a suitable fuel mixture of gasoline and oil.
