Assemble Upper & Middle Tube
1. Slide middle tube (A, Figure 16) into upper tube (B).
2. See Figure 16 for correct hole location and secure the
upper tube to middle tube hole (C) using screw (D).

(F) aligning ridge (G) with cutout (H) as shown.
