- Page 5 Assembly Instructions Step 1 Note the correct alignment of the Fitting the side rails Cross Dowel slots to the head end panel Position the side rails as shown and fit 2 x M6 Cross dowels in to the side rails. Note that the slot must be aligned as shown in the diagram.
- Page 6 Assembly Instructions Step 3 Fitting the headboard Pilot Holes struts to the head board rails Position the headboard rails and headboard struts as shown. Fix the struts to the rails using 8 x 15mm round head screws Note that the pilot holes on the headboard rails are offset - see diagram below.
- Page 7 Assembly Instructions Step 5 Fitting the roll of slats to the side rails. Open the roll of slats and lay them on the side rails as shown. Pull the end slats out so that they touch the head end panel and the toe end panel.
- Page 8 Assembly Instructions Step 7 Fitting the castors to the support rails Position the support rails and the castors as shown. Using the round head screws fix the castors to the support rails shown. x 10 Step 8 Fitting the cam pegs to the drawer back and front.

Put a small amount of glue into the holes and gently tap the support rails Glue the dowels into the drawer front in place...
- Page 10 Assembly Instructions Step 11 Fitting the handles to the drawer front Position the drawer as shown. Use 2 x screw to fix the silver handle to the drawer front as shown. Step 12 Finally push the drawer unit under the bed frame. The bed is now complete.
