SETTING AN OUTBOUND CALLER ID

This option allows a user to display or block the caller ID of their phone numbers during outbound
calls. As a default, your outbound caller ID is not blocked. Follow the steps below to change it.

You have the option to choose different numbers to display:

By
Feature: Choose a number to display for RingOut from Web, RingMe, Call Flip,
Fax Number, Mobile App, Additional Desktop App, Common Phone, Delegated
Caller ID, and Alternate Caller ID

Click
Edit
caller ID number for that phone or feature type. Click Done.

Under
Internal
calls
if you want to display your extension as your caller ID when making internal calls.
All Rainbow Office and IP phones will see the extension. Calls forwarded to external
phones, like a mobile phone, will still show your complete direct phone number
