SETTING SCREENING, GREETING AND HOLD MUSIC

In this section, you can set your preferences for your different greetings, hold music, and
blocked calls.
6.1.

Setting a user greeting

Your Rainbow Office system comes with a default personal greeting, such as "Thank you for
calling (username)." You can easily change this greeting to your own custom greeting. Follow
the steps below to record a custom greeting over the phone or import a prerecorded greeting
from your computer.
