WARRANTY

The following warranty applies solely in the country where this product
was initially sold by a retailer to a customer.
1. The warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects, existing and
appearing, at the date of purchase or appearing within a term of two
(2) years from the date of purchase from the retailer who initially sold
the product to a consumer (manufacturer's warranty). Please check the
product with respect to completeness and manufacturing or material
defects immediately at the date of purchase or immediately after
receipt. Please always keep your dated proof of purchase.
2. In case of a defect, stop using the product immediately. To obtain the
warranty please take or ship the product to the original retailer, who
initially sold this product to you in a clean and complete condition and
submit an original proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice). Please do
not take or ship the product to the manufacturer directly.
3. This warranty does not cover any damages which result from misuse,
environmental influence (water, fire, accidents etc.), normal wear and
tear or failure to comply with the instructions provided in this user
manual. The warranty does not apply if modifications and services were
performed by unauthorized persons or if non-original components and
accessories were used.
4. This warranty does not affect any statutory consumer rights, including
claims in tort and claims with respect to a breach of contract, which the
buyer may have against the seller or the manufacturer of the product.
5. All our fabrics meet high standards with regard to colorfastness. Howe-
ver, UV radiation may cause colors to fade. This is not a material fault,
but simply normal wear and tear, for which no warranty can be given.

다음 보증은 소매업자가 고객에게 이 제품을 처음 판매한 국가에서만 적
용됩니다.
1. 보증은 제품을 구매일로부터 1년 이내에 나타나는 모든 제조 및 재료 결
함을 포함합니다. (대한민국 내에서의 보증). 제품의 완성도 및 제조 또는
자재 결함과 관련하여 구매일 또는 수령 즉시 확인하세요. 항상 날짜의
구매 영수증을 보관하세요.
2. 하자 발생 시 즉시 사용을 중지해주세요. 보증을 받으려면 제품을 고객센
터로 문의주세요. 구입 증명서(판매 영수증 또는 송장)를 제출하세요. 제
품을 제조업체에 직접 가져가거나 배송하지 마세요.
3. 본 보증은 오용, 환경 영향(물, 화재, 사고 등), 정상적인 마모 및 찢김 또
는 본 사용 설명서에 명시된 지침을 준수하지 않음으로 인한 어떠한 손상
도 다루지 않습니다. 무허가자가 개조 및 서비스를 수행하거나 비원본 구
성품 및 부속품을 사용한 경우에는 보증이 적용되지 않습니다.
4. 이 보증은 구매자가 제품의 판매자 또는 제조자에 대해 가질 수 있는 불
법 행위 및 계약 위반에 대한 클레임을 포함하여 어떠한 법적 소비자 권
리에도 영향을 미치지 않습니다.
5. 제품의 모든 직물은 색채와 관련하여 높은 기준을 충족합니다. 자외선은
색상을 퇴색시킬 수 있습니다. 이것은 물질적인 결함이 아니라 단지 일반
적인 마모나 파손으로, 어떠한 보증도 할 수 없습니다.
