The adjustment method differs between the positive pressure range product and the compound
range product. Refer to the following for how to adjust the product with the positive pressure
range or the compound range
< Positive Pressure Range > Make sure that the sensor is in an air-ventilated (no pressure)
< Compound Range > Make sure that the sensor is in an air-ventilated (no pressure)
・Output: 4 to 20 mA DC (current output)
[Output (mA DC) under no pressure] = [16 mA DC]/ ([upper range limit pressure (MPa)] - [ - 0.1 MPa])
× 0.1 + [4 mA DC]
e.g.: [0.5 MPa compound range: 6.67 mA DC]/ [1.0 MPa compound range: 5.45 mA DC]
■ 11.3 Service
If a failure is suspected, check any cable breakage or the power supply voltage
before contacting the agency where you purchased the product or our sales office
nearest you. Pack the product in such a way that it will not be damaged during
transportation with a note describing the details of the damage.
Never remove the zeroing screw and surrounding parts (rubber
cover) from the case. Be careful not to apply excessive load.
The protection of the IP65 may be impaired.
Be careful not to apply excessive force to the zeroing screw (5N:
within 10 seconds). Otherwise damage to the zeroing screw and
circuit parts can result.
Use the cross slot driver (bit No.0) and do not apply excessive
torque when turning the zeroing screw (within 10m N·m).
The adjustable range of the trimmer mounted on the circuit is
120° approx. to the left and right (minimum to maximum: 240°
approx.) as factory default. Be careful not to rotate the zeroing
screw excessively. Otherwise damage to the zeroing screw and
circuit parts can result.
For adjustment, use a traceable reference pressure gauge or
measuring instrument.
Do not perform an adjustment with moisture adhering to the
product. Moisture or other foreign matter entering the dase may
cause malfunction.
After powering on, wait at least 5 minutes for warm-up in an
energizing state before performing an adjustment.
Please contact the dealer you purchased from or the nearest
sales office for span adjustment. We have to perform the
adjustment at our factory.
state and adjust the sensor output to 4 mA DC.
state and adjust the output of the sensor to the value
