Introduction
This chapter provides assembly level troubleshooting information for the 4339B. The
information includes theory of operation, and troubleshooting.

The servicing procedures described herein are performed when power is

supplied to the instrument and its protective covers are removed. This
type of servicing must be performed only by service trained personnel
who are aware of the hazards involved (for example, re, and electrical

instrument, remove power from the instrument. Before any repair is
completed, ensure that all safety features are intact and functioning,
and that all necessary parts are properly connected to the protective
grounding system.
