Drive status indicators
The color of the indicators and how they are lit indicate the
status of the unit as follows.

Notes
• When you first turn on the unit, all of the indictors light
green and then flash one time. They then flash yellow
repeatedly from left to right (while the unit is performing
a self-diagnostic).
• The following is a more precise description of the
indicator colors.
Green:
Yellowish green
Yellow: Orangish yellow
Orange: Reddish orange

A SCSI connector 1
B SCSI connector 2
Connect the SCSI bus cable to this connector. For details
on connection, see "Connecting a SCSI Bus Cable
(CSMA-EX200S only)" on page 46.
C SCSI ID switch
Used to set the SCSI ID of the unit. The default factory
setting is 0. For details, see "Setting the SCSI ID
(CSMA-EX200S only)" on page 42.
D RS-232C connector
For service use only. You do not normally need to use this
connector.
E Cooling fan and ventilation holes
Caution
Be careful not to block the ventilation holes. If you do, the
unit may overheat, resulting in damage.
F AC IN connector
Connect the power cord appropriate for your country to
this connector.
