3.5 Cycle components
C A U T I O N
All operations in the refrigerant cycle require to collect the refrigerant. In those cases proceed as explained in
Recovering the refrigerant"
D A N G E R
Turn OFF all the power source switches and ensure that the module is totally stopped before to get inside.
Be careful, some parts and components can be at high temperature.

3.5.1 Compressor removal


When Removing the Compressor
In order to access to the unit's internal parts, remove the following covers and panels depending on access restrictions:
a. Remove the front cover as described in chapter
b. Remove the panels of the left and right sides as explained in chapter
side (2 panels)."
c. Remove the HEX cover as explained in chapter
Before any other operation, collect all refrigerant as described in section
procedure"
4 Inside the unit, at the rear panel of the Ebox,
remove the connectors:
At the bottom: The connectors QCN1 and
QCN2
At the top right of the E-box: The connectors
QCN3, QCN4, QCN5, QCN7, QCN8-1, QCN8-
2 and QCN13
5 Remove the 4 + 4 bolts at the flanges of the
suction pipe.
