Control functions on the module
2.1.11 2-temperature setting function
With respect to the setting temperature of water temperature control, it is possible to set 2 different temperatures, one for
cooling and one for heating (only in the case of units with air-cooled heat pump), and select which of these to be used as
a setting temperature by means of a remote signal.
This change is useful to cope with differences of load in usage, such as those between day and night operation.

Measurement method
Install the switch for exchanging the 2 temperatures between terminals [23] and [24].
When [23]-[24] are short-circuited, the mark next to "Temp Set2" on the water temperature setting screen is illuminated, to
indicate that the 2 temperature setting has become enabled.
N O T E
• Before operating the chiller unit, select which temperature to use as setting temperature from the 1st and the 2nd
(switch selection), then operate the chiller unit (it is possible to switch during operation, but it may cause instability of
the operation, such as instant thermo OFF, etc.)
• When using the function to control the number of units (however when not connected to a group controller), wire to unit
1 (master unit). The setting becomes enabled in all the units when input to unit 1.
• In case of connection to a group controller, the valid orders are those sent from the group controller. Signal input to the
main unit of the chiller unit is invalid.
