STAGE ONE: NEWBORN - 6 MONTHS
WARNING
FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered severe head injuries
including skull fractures when falling from high chairs. Falls can
happen suddenly if child is not restrained properly.
• Always use the restraint system. Adjust restraint to fit snugly.
Falling Hazard: Prevent your child from climbing on
the product.
Strangulation Hazard: Do not place high chair in any
location where there are cords, such as windows blind cords,
drapes, etc.
Asphyxiation Hazard: Do not use high chair in the upright
position for infant who is not capable of sitting upright
unassisted. Young infants have limited head and neck control.
If seat is too upright, infant's head can drop forward, compress
the airway, and result in DEATH.

WARNING
• Do not allow your child to sleep in the high chair. According
to the guidance of the American Academy of Pediatrics
(AAP), if your child falls asleep in the high chair, move your
child to a firm, flat sleep surface.
• Be aware of the risk of tilting when your child can push its feet
against a table or any other structure.
• Do not use the high chair unless all components are correctly
fitted and adjusted. Do not use the high chair if it is damaged
or broken. Keep small parts away from children. In the
event of damage or problems, discontinue use and visit

• Be aware of the risk of open fire and other sources of strong
heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires in the vicinity of the
high chair.
• Stay near and watch child during use.
