7.15 Compressor System Sensor Abnormality

 The system checks the power supply voltage and the DC voltage before the compressor
Detection
 The system checks the compressor current right after the compressor starts.
Error Decision
 The power supply voltage and the DC voltage is obviously low or high.

 The compressor current does not run when the compressor starts.

 Disconnection of compressor harness
 Defective outdoor unit PCB

Check the connection of the
reactor.

Check the connection of the
compressor.
Connection OK?

Disconnect the reactor from the outdoor
unit PCB and measure the resistance
value between reactor terminals with
multimeter.

Disconnect the compressor relay harness
from the outdoor unit PCB and measure
the resistance value between the each 3
terminals of the compressor with
multimeter.

Connect the reactor
properly.
Connect the compressor
properly.
Replace the reactor.
Replace the compressor or
the compressor relay
harness.
Restart the operation again
and if the error occurs
again, replace the outdoor
unit PCB (main PCB).
