Please push the phone holder to the left，when the phone holder is free from the
locker please put the holder up.
Please turn the switch to "-"position
Step7 Then connect the power cord to the power source and the power interface on the
product, turn the switch to "-"position, then the product is power on, now you can enjoy
your exercise.
