4.2 Solution Container
Pressurizing the solution container
► Move the pump handle up and down several
times – the pressure in the solution container
rises
The scale on the piston manometer (1) shows
the pressure in the solution container.
The higher the pressure in the solution container,
the higher the piston manometer rises – maxi‐
mum operating pressure is 3 bar (43.50 PSI).
If the maximum operating pressure is exceeded,
the safety valve in the piston manometer relea‐
ses the excess pressure.
Releasing pressure in solution container
► Pull the piston manometer on the handle up all
the way – pressure is released – wait until the
solution container is completely depressur‐
ized.
Pressure must be released:
– Before filling the container
– After spraying
– To drain and clean the container
– Before carrying out any maintenance tasks
