Disconnect the battery cables from the battery packs.

If a heatsink blank is installed on processor socket 2, remove the heatsink blank and then remove

the cables from between the processor socket and the chassis.
If a processor and heatsink are installed in processor socket 2, remove the workstation A system

board assembly
between the system board and heatsink.
Remove the cable from the cable clips.

Remove the cable shield from the upper mezzanine card thumbscrew and the signal connector.
7.
Disconnect the cable from the upper cache module.

Remove the upper mezzanine card
9.
Disconnect the remaining cable from the lower cache module.
10.
Remove the lower mezzanine card
11.
Remove the failed cable.

CAUTION:
