• For standpipe installations, install the analyzer in a location with 61 cm (2 ft) of free space above
the analyzer for the standpipe mounting.
• Install the analyzer near an open drain. Refer to local regulatory agency instructions for disposal.

3.3 Step 1: Air purge (optional)
Air purge may be necessary if the analyzer is installed in a location with high humidity and/or fumes
that cause corrosion. The air purge keeps positive pressure in the instrument with dry and clean air.

Supply clean, dry instrument-quality air at 0.003 m /minute (0.1 ft /minute) at 20 psig maximum.
