3 - INSTALLATION
■ Assembling the two blocks
- Check the flatness and levelness of the mounting surface.
- Fit the gasket on the sealing face between the blocks (fig. A).
- Using the appropriate handling equipment, place the two sections to be joined as close to each other as possible.
- The blocks are assembled on the same level by connecting the frames or the feet using connection components (fig. B). Secure
outdoor units using a TH 8 x 70 screw, washers and nuts (fig. C). A plate provides a seal between the two casings (fitted with 
mastic) (see fig. D in the outdoor assembly section) 
If assembling the sections vertically, the top section must not be mechanically fastened to the bottom section. Its weight will keep it in
place.
IMPORTANT: Before tightening the brackets, seal the sections with a gasket or caulking.

Fastening clamps are supplied for a tighter fit between sections 
on size 150 and higher air handling units. They may be placed on
the sides or tops of each section.
- Trace the mounting holes (centre distance: 38 mm) and drill
a diameter 4 hole.
- Attach the clamps with the screws supplied.
- Join and tighten the clamps together with the two 6 x 60 mm
screws, washers and nuts.
Comment: these clamps cannot be used on access panels.
IMPORTANT: Do not use the fastening clamps to compensate
for misaligned sections.
