SANDWICH MAKER/WAFFLE MAKER/GRILL 3 in 1 ST- 1600
Caution:
The grilling surfaces as well as the sides and top
of the appliance get very hot. Avoid any contact.
Danger of burning! Only hold by the handle.
The appliance must always be positioned horizontally during
use.
HOW TO USE GRILL PLATES
The best results while grilling are achieved when the sandwich
toaster is closed and its covers are pressed tightly.
First, put the grilling plates in the position described below.
Open the sandwich toaster by pushing the lid latch and lifting
the lid handle. When the plate is heated, the appliance must
be closed tightly. When grilling thin products such as chicken
breasts it may be not possible to close tightly the sandwich
toaster using the lid latch on the grip handle. In this case leave
the lid as it is. Before using the sandwich toaster for grilling for
the first time, spread a thin layer of vegetable oil on the grilling
plates. Do not use low fat products for buttering the plates
because they are not fit for this purpose. Butter or vegetable
oil is recommended:
1. P lug the cord into the socket in the sandwich toaster and
switch it on. The red lamp on indicates that the sandwich
toaster is switched on.
2. W hen the green indicator goes off it means that the sandwich
toaster has reached a required temperature and is ready for
use.
3. N ow open the toaster and put the products on the plate using
a heat resistant or wooden spatula.

5. T o ensure even toasting you should turn over the products
halfway through the process of toasting.
6. W hen the grilled products are ready, take them out using
suitable utensils.
7. R emember to heat the plates again before grilling next
servings.
REPLACEMENT OF THE PLATES
Before replacing the plates, switch off the appliance first and
leave it to cool.
To remove the plates:
Press the two quick-release buttons of the appliance and
remove the plates.

Clean the appliance every time after use.
Unplug the appliance from power supply and wait it
completely cool before cleaning
INSIDE: use a soft wet cloth to wipe the heating surfaces
and dry thoroughly.
OUTSIDE: Wipe with a soft cloth which has been rinsed
almost dry in warm soapy water, and dry with a soft cloth.
Note: Never use the abrasive cleaner or

rough scouring pad to wipe the heating plates
otherwise the non-stick coating would be easily
damaged.
2. A fter cleaning, close and lock the appliance by snapping the
handle fastener into the handle.
3. S tore the appliance in a cool dry place out of the reach of
children. You may rest the appliance vertically to minimize
the storage space.
4. I f any problem has been found, please contact the authorized
service center for help.
5. Caution: Do not immerse the appliance in wa-
ter of other liquids. There is danger to life due to
electric shock.
