FAN SERVICE

PRIOR TO SERVICING THE FAN, ENSURE UNIT HAS COOLED TO
ROOM TEMPERATURE, ALL POWER IS DISCONNECTED AND GAS
SUPPLY IT TURNED OFF.
1. Remove faceplate, inner frame, glass door, and inner panels - see
instructions in this manual.
2. Remove crystals and stones if installed.
3. Remove burner tray by removing 3 screws shown in Diagram 1.

4. Remove burner by removing 2 screws in locations shown below.

5. Remove air deflector by removing 3 screws in locations shown below.

6. Remove 4 screws in locations shown below to remove access
panel. Disconnects at compression fitting on gas valve.
7. Remove valve tray by removing fourteen (14) screws in locations
shown in Diagram 4.

8. Loosen three (3) screws to remove heat deflector shown in Diagram
5.

9. Remove two (2) screws to remove fan shown in Diagram 6.
Diagram 6 - Fan Screws
10.
Reverse steps to reinstall fan.
