Yamaha Motorcycle Connect may not
work on all smartphone models and
OS (operating system) versions.
2. Remove the passenger seat. (See
page 5-22.)
3. Pull out the CCU and scan its QR
code with the Yamaha Motorcycle
Connect app.

Pairing can also be done using the ve-
hicle identification number. (See page
11-1.) Refer to the login screen in the
Yamaha Motorcycle Connect app.

 Once paired, the smartphone is
registered in the CCU. The next

time the vehicle is turned on and
the Yamaha Motorcycle Connect
app is active, the connection will
be automatically established.
 Only one smartphone can be con-
nected to the CCU at one time.
