3. Safety instructions

This section summarizes the information concerning all the essential safety-related aspects. The
individual sections also contain important safety related information (with relative symbols), in
order to prevent the occurrence of hazards. Users must comply with the information given on the
pictograms, nameplates and wording on the appliance, taking care to ensure that they remain
legible. Compliance with all the safety related instructions guarantees optimum protection and
performance of the appliance in complete safety and without problems.
The instructions concerning workplace safety refer to the EU Directives in force at the time of
manufacture of the appliance. If the appliance is used in an industrial setting, during the entire
period of use, the user must check that the specified safety devices comply with the current
regulations for this sector, and comply with the new regulations. If the appliance is used outside
the European Union, the local workplace health and safety regulations in force in the location
where the appliance is used must be respected.
In addition to the workplace health and safety requirements contained in this handbook, the
specific environmental protection regulation in force in the location where the appliance is used
must also be respected.

appliance.
Do not leave the appliance in operation unsupervised. Keep the appliance away from children
and all unauthorized individuals; the appliance is not suitable for use by individuals (including
