2.2 Improper use

Use of the appliance for purposes which differ from its intended use is forbidden, and will be
considered an improper use that does not comply with its intended use. No claims may be made
towards the manufacturer and/or its representatives for damages arising as a result of use of the
appliance which does not comply with the intended use. The user is solely responsible for damages
caused during use of the appliance which does not comply with the intended use.
The appliance was designed to be used within the temperature and humidity ranges indicated in
Table 2 (Technical data - Section 9). Use of the appliance at a temperature and/or humidity level
outside the specified range can result in unexpected operational anomalies and faults.
The appliance is not suitable for use with dual temperature controls, power supply alarms,
devices that record temperature changes over time, etc. (ex. pharmacies, hospitals, laboratories,
etc.).
No modifications should be made to the appliance without the manufacturer's prior approval in
order to avoid any risks to objects or individuals and to ensure optimum performance. Any
modification made to the appliance will result in the immediate cancellation of the warranty and
any responsibility by the manufacturer. The appliance must only be used when there are no
doubts regarding its technical status.

2.3 Technical data

Refer to Table 1 - Section 9 for data regarding power, electrical power supply, dimensions, overall
dimensions, etc.
N.B. The manufacturer reserves the right to make improvements, technical modifications and
changes to the appearance of the appliance at any time without prior notice.

2.4 Parts of the appliance (Pic.1/2/3 - Section 8)

Control panel (Pic.3 - Section 8)
The temperature inside the appliance can be adjusted (all models) by means of the buttons on the
digital control unit.
Refer to Section 5 (Installation and operation of appliance) for information on setting the
temperature and programming the digital control unit.
Support racks
In positive models (versions R, R SS and RG) the height of the racks can be freely adjusted to
accommodate products of different heights. Proceed as follows to modify the height:
Remove the rack.
Place the rack back onto the support guides.

2.5 Accessories included

Positive models of the appliance (versions R, R SS and RG) comes standard equipped with the
following accessories:
AKD200 (all models): 2 505x415 mm shelves + 1 505x225 mm shelf;
AKD400 (all models): 3 505x415 mm shelves + 1 505x225 mm shelf;
AKD600 (all models): 3 650x525 mm shelves + 1 650x335 mm shelf.

2.6 Protection devices present on the appliance

The appliance is equipped with the following safety protection devices:
Protective grille for the technical compartment fans which prevents the users from touching
