1.2 Warranty

This appliance is guaranteed for one year (12 months) from the purchase date unless agreed
otherwise in the contract.
The manufacturer declines any direct and indirect responsibility deriving from:

Failure to follow the instructions given in this manual;

Use that does not comply with the specific regulations in force in the country where the
appliance is installed;

Unauthorized modifications and/or repairs;

The use of non-original accessories or spare parts.
The instructions in this manual are to be correctly applied in order to guarantee that the
machines are functioning properly and are performing their intended uses.
Any requests for servicing under warranty must be made to the dealer where the appliance was
purchased.

1.3 Checking the appliance

After removing the appliance from the packaging, check its integrity. If any anomalies or damages
are found, do not connect the appliance to the power supply. Contact the dealer who sold it to
you, for information on the correct procedure to follow.

2. General information and features

The appliance has been manufactured in accordance with all current regulations. However, the
appliance may be a source of risk if it is used incorrectly or in a manner that does not comply with
its intended use. One must be fully aware of the contents of this handbook in order to avoid
hazards and errors, and this also allows the appliance to be used safely and reliably.
The information on the appliance, in compliance with the regulations (EU) 2015/1095 and (EU)
2019/2024, can be found in the product database ("EPREL") accessible by scanning the QR-Code
on the energy label (where present) or by directly accessing the European Union portal.

2.1 Intended use

According to current European regulations, the appliance covered by this User's manual belongs to
the following category:

AKD200R, AKD200R SS: counter chilled;

AKD400R, AKD400R SS, AKD600R, AKD600R SS, AKD200RG, AKD200RG SS, AKD400RG,
AKD400RG SS, AKD600RG, AKD600RG SS: vertical chilled;

AKD200FG, AKD400FG, AKD600FG: vertical frozen.
Not indicated models do not fall, at the time of printing this manual, in any category regulated by
European Union Regulations.
The appliance only operates in complete safety when it is used according to its intended use. All
the technical interventions, its installation and all servicing activities must be carried out by a
qualified technical support service.
The refrigeration units are solely and exclusively intended for refrigerating food and drinks at
the temperatures indicated in Table 2 (Technical data - Section 9)
All food and beverages must be closed in suitable food storage containers before being placed
inside the refrigeration units.
The refrigeration units are designed for PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY.
The appliance must be positioned on a stable and level surface on the ground.
