Programming the eSC

When in the programming mode:

entering the Programming mode

Important: A motor must be connected to the ESC for programming, as the motor actually produces the tones.
Important: The throttle curve must be set to a standard linear curve (0-25-50-75-100) in order to program the ESC. Do not attempt to program the ESC with stunt mode or throttle hold activated.
1. With the battery disconnected from the ESC and the transmitter powered ON, move the throttle stick to full throttle. Hold full throttle, then connect the battery to the ESC.
2. The motor will emit 3 ascending tones and 2 even tones. Wait 5 seconds and the motor will give 5 ascending tones to indicate you have entered Programming Mode.
3. The motor will emit 1 short tone, indicating you are now in the first selection in the Programming Menu.
4. The ESC will now wait 3 seconds for you to make your selection; your programming options are either full throttle or idle.
• A t each step in the Programming Menu, leaving the stick in the full throttle position will skip the current programming menu option after 3 seconds, moving the throttle to the idle position will select
that programming option.
• O nce a programming option has been selected, the ESC will go through the options available under that menu selection. After each programming option, that option can be selected within 3 seconds
by moving the stick to the full throttle position. If the stick is left at idle, the selection will move to the next programming option after 3 seconds. If no programming options are selected, after the last
programming option the menu is repeated in a loop until a selection is made or the battery is disconnected from the ESC.
5. When you have made a valid selection, the motor emits 2 sets of ascending tones to confirm the selection. After a selection is made, leaving the stick at full throttle will take you back to the program-
ming menu. Moving the stick to the low throttle position within 3 seconds after the programming option is accepted will save the selection and exit programming mode.
