SYSTEM SETTINGS
Name Description
UN/LOCK PHONE Set to restrict the ability to send documents or make calls.
Does not restrict incoming calls/faxes. Once you register a
password, you need to enter it before you can access the
sub-items below.
PASSWORD Register a password to restrict access to the LOCK PHONE
setting.
LOCK PHONE Restrict or enable the ability to send documents or make calls.
DATE FORMAT Set the format used for dates displayed on the fax and printed
on faxes you send.
DISPLAY LANGUAGE Set the language of the LCD messages.
TX START SPEED Set the speed at which the FAX-L250 starts transmitting. Set
this to a lower speed if you have difficulties connecting over
long distance or noisy lines.
RX START SPEED Set the speed at which the FAX-L250 starts receiving. Set this
to a lower speed if you have difficulties connecting over long
distance or noisy lines.
