External Cache

This parameter enables or disables the external cache memory. The
external cache is incorporated in the CPU module.
2.6.3

Memory at 15MB-16MB Reserved For

To prevent memory address conflicts between the system and
expansion boards, reserve this memory range for the use of either the
system or an expansion board.
2.6.4

C8000h - DFFFF Shadow

The system reserves a portion of random access memory (RAM) for
the shadow RAM function. This parameter allows you to shadow the
C8000h-DFFFF address range, enabling I/O ROM functions to run
directly from the shadow RAM for faster operation. When you set this
