BASIC FEATURES
Ecomiser SU-01 / SU-02 undercounter dishwashers introduce a state of the art patented
technology with standard features and benefits currently unavailable in the up-right door type
commercial dishwasher market. Adjustable rack capacity and low water consumption that not only
reduces operating costs for the end user, but also provides enhanced performance and cycle flexibility.
Other unique features include the patented Ecomiser heat exchanger and the advanced
programmable controller. This controller simplifies operation and service diagnostics. Equipped with
internal electric heaters and powerful rinse and wash pumps provides constant guaranteed
temperature and pressure for the wash and final rinse.
All of the above features enable us to minimize water and energy costs, while providing excellence in
performance.
FEATURES OF the SU-01 / SU-02 Undercounter PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER
Microcomputer technology for service diagnostics and end user dishwasher settings
Microcomputer control panel allows easy selection of three different washing cycles to accommodate
different types of ware and levels of soiling. A digital display permits easy monitoring of operation.

- A low-noise and large output 1 hp wash pump is installed for the Ecomiser models SU-01 / SU-02
for reliability and effective operation.
- Equipped with revolving, interchangeable upper and lower wash/rinse stainless steel impellers with
easily removable nozzles for cleaning and inspection.
- Automatic fill system is used which maintains the correct fill at variable water flow pressures.
